TDnet Japan Company Announcements Disclosure Service

TDnet’s Company Announcements Disclosure Service is the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s public search page for timely company disclosures. Users can choose a date range and search announcements by securities code, company name, or headline keywords. The service’s search guide says that both abbreviated and full company names are searched, and that full-width and half-width characters as well as English letter case are treated alike. Results are capped at 200 entries, so the guide recommends narrowing broad searches, for example by date. The exchange states that it seeks to ensure the information is accurate but disclaims responsibility for disadvantages or problems arising from use of the site. This is a way to locate issuer announcements, not an investment recommendation service.
