Fukushima Minyu News Online

Fukushima Minyu News Online is the official Japanese-language news site of the Fukushima Minyu newspaper, focused on Fukushima Prefecture. Its navigation includes news, Fukushima sports, Iwaki FC, obituaries, lifestyle and culture, features and series, Great East Japan Earthquake coverage, editorials and the editor’s diary, education, and notices. The homepage presents local reporting, sports, photo and video news, and breaking updates. It also links to Minyu Plus account login and registration, and some article cards carry a paid-content label; the site does not establish one access condition for every story. Disaster-information widgets cover evacuation notices, earthquakes, warnings, tsunami, river flooding, linear-rainband alerts, volcanoes, Nankai Trough earthquake information, and aftershock advisories for offshore Hokkaido and Sanriku. The publisher states that domestic and international news is supplied by Kyodo News. Readers can use the site to follow Fukushima-area reporting, sports, disaster-related information, visual journalism, and newspaper features and series.
