Japan EDINET Corporate Disclosure Viewer

EDINET is the Financial Services Agency of Japan’s public website for viewing corporate disclosure filings. Users can search by filer, issuer, fund, or securities code and browse documents such as annual, semiannual, and quarterly securities reports, large-shareholding reports, and extraordinary reports. The portal offers simple and detailed filing searches, full-text search, public-notice listings, and downloads of EDINET taxonomies and code lists. Depending on the filing, documents can be viewed or obtained in PDF, XBRL, or CSV form. Access to the separate EDINET API requires registration and an API key. The FSA explicitly cautions that it does not certify the truth, accuracy, or completeness of disclosed information or guarantee the value of securities, so filings should be read with that limitation in mind.
