connpass is an IT meetup and event platform that helps engineering communities plan, publish, promote, and run events. Organizers can create event pages with multiple attendee types, application periods, questionnaires, co-organizers, and first-come or lottery-based registration; they can also manage applicants, send reminders, and share event materials such as slides. Attendees can search for events, apply or join a waitlist, bookmark events, follow groups, receive notifications, and review materials after an event. The platform supports PC and mobile use. Official guidance says registration and use of connpass are free; individual events may charge an attendance fee, while connpass says it does not add a fee to prepaid event payments beyond PayPal's own fee.
